Returns & Refunds Policy

At Beer Squad, we want you to love your purchase! Since all our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse. However, if there is a problem with your order, we’re here to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly provide a free replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the item and the issue
  • Your order number and details

Once we verify the issue, we will either resend the item or process a refund.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is lost in transit or significantly delayed, we will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.

Sizing Issues

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, as each item is custom-made. Please refer to our size charts before ordering. If you need help choosing a size, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  1. Email us at dan@beersquad.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, issue description, and a clear photo of the item.
  3. We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
